DESIGN:
The box of the Humus 7T trailer is made with a minimum number of parts, which significantly increases the strength of the box. The box can also be reinforced with a bottom and sides made of wear proof steel Hardox 450, increasing the durability and resistance, allowing the transportation of rocks and other heavy materials without damaging the trailer. The design of Humus trailers is simple and straightforward for best functionality.
FUNCTIONALITY:
Humus 7T trailer has a 50° tipping angle, ensuring effective and safe unloading even with materials with a higher friction resistance. Unloading is also made easier by various back hatches. Standard equipment includes a back hatch, which opens mechanically as well as hinges outwards onto the side of the trailer. Various hydraulic hatches are available as accessory equipment. A hydraulic hatch opens higher than the upper edge of the box, which makes unloading higher loads easier.
Customers of the construction business have the opportunity of adding loadinghooks into the box of the trailer in order to make the transport of tools and heavy equipment faster and more comfortable. By adding side extensions, the volume of 9T and 12T trailers can be increased by nearly 100%. - It’s very easy to transport machinery and materials with the trailer because in standard solution it has 4 fastening hooks inside and 4 outside of the box to fasten the load.

DESIGN:
We have manufactured the Humus VP trailers with as few different parts as possible, in order to keep the most simplistic design. The bottom of the box/platform is solved with a single continuous sheet, which significantly increases the durability of the trailer. The primary wish of the Humus team is to offer simple product design with the best functionality.
FUNCTIONALITY:
Humus VP trailers have a 50° tipping angle, ensuring effective and safe unloading even with materials with a higher friction resistance. Unloading is made easy and comfortable with a mechanically locked back hatch which can be handled with one lever and is fully galvanized. In addition, the back hatch has a smaller grain hatch with the possibility of installing a grain auger, in order to ease the transport of grain.
The trailer is multifunctional, suitable for using as a platform as well as a grain trailer. The VP trailer is constructed as a platform trailer, which can be turned into a grain trailer with side extensions. Extensions are made in two parts and the trailer can also be used with low and high sides. Side extensions can be quickly assembled and removed from the trailer.
